SERVING TIPS

將燒賣連原有耐熱膠盤蒸8分鐘。

Steam shaomai with original heat-resistant tray for 8 mins.

將燒賣放進氣炸鍋以攝氏180度炸8分鐘;
食用前可撒上鹽及胡椒,外脆內軟。

Take out shaomai and air fry at 180 celsius for 8 mins. Sprinkle salt & pepper for extra flavour.
